Why PayPal?
All credit card processors charge a fee to process a transaction. For us, PayPal is the cheapest, and we want more of your contribution to further affordable housing. How cheap? On a $100 contribution, our old website charged $5 while PayPal charges $2.50.
Do I need a PayPal account?
To make a donation, no. They will accept most any credit card.
To set up a recurring (monthly) donation, yes. Don't worry, they are happy to help you set up an account when you press the"Contribute" button. They use your PayPal account to initiate each monthly donation. This leaves you in complete control of how much to contribute, on what frequency, and when to stop.
How do I stop the recurring payment?

What if I don’t like the recurring donation options on the buttons above?
$10 per week? $100 per quarter? $16.34 every 6 weeks? Sure. Just set up a recurring donation with one to the buttons on this page, and then change it as explained here, to whatever you would like.
