MICAH’s Housing for All Chapter Report for September 2021

The Plymouth Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will be considering a Draft Renter Protection Ordinance to give additional protection to persons in Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) and also a Draft Housing Inclusion Policy to require housing developers to include some Affordable Housing in most new or renovated multi-family housing in Plymouth.

If approved, these proposals will be submitted to the Plymouth City Council for adoption. The HRA is accepting written comments on these items until October 15, 2021. There will be a Question & Answer session on the proposals via Zoom on October 7, 2021 @ 2-3pm.
