MICAH works with congregations, faith leaders, and community partners to increase awareness and understanding the need for affordable housing. This creates advocates who fight for changes in public policies to encourage all communities to preserve and build affordable housing.
On Wednesday, November 1st, MICAH Anoka County Chapter held a virtual version of our bus tour.
This year we 'visited’ and viewed presentations from Hope 4 Youth, Family Promise in Anoka County, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation, and Park Plaza Cooperative.

On Wednesday, October 27th, MICAH St. Paul Chapter held a virtual version of our bus tour. This year we 'visited’ and viewed presentations from East Side Freedom Library, Interfaith Action of Greater St. Paul, Housing Equity Now St. Paul (HENS), The Salvation Army Harbor Light - Bethesda Shelter, and The Village on Rivoli.
The tour ended with updates on State and Federal Legislation from MICAH Executive Director, Sue Watlov Phillips.
