MICAH St. Paul met with Rebecca Noecker, who was at the time the chair of St. Paul’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and came away with a desire to get the word out about the City’s affordable housing programs. We also supported the Freedom from the Streets BBQ series during the summer, with three sessions in the Frogtown Farm Park.
