The Plymouth Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will be considering a Draft Renter Protection Ordinance to give additional protection to persons in Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) and also a Draft Housing Inclusion Policy to require housing developers to include some Affordable Housing in most new or renovated multi-family housing in Plymouth.

In many cases, long-time residents need to down-size from their homes to apartments or condominiums and want to remain near their families, friends, churches, and doctors, but they can’t afford to do so.
